Oh same here, the turkeys made the series so much more believable. Shirou became such a sympathetic character once he only gobbled.
Exactly, it’s a really realistic story and you can’t help but suffer together with the sad birds and watch their amazing fights.

What Chi said up yonder, but anyway I think the main reasoning behind the reaction being less here in this particular case is because “lol mirai nikki fandom”, as sad and simple as that is to say. You have to remember that this is the same group of people who would mostly agree that Yukki deserves to be abused because he’s a “pussy” or invalidate the abuse/encourage the abuse, saying things like how they wish they had a girlfriend in real life just like Yuno and can’t understand why Yukki doesn’t want her when she’s so amazing amongst other wondrous shit-mirai-nikki-fans-say.avi you could insert here (for instance, the homophobic/heterosexist bashing of Akise).
It is literally the worst fandom that I’ve ever been in, personally, and this right here is exactly why: because they say and support garbage like this. Again, sad, but true. If someone can honestly say that they’re 100% okay with this addition or find Asread’s desperate attempts for improving their sales “great”, then more power to you, but the fact of the matter is that this particular change was disgusting and entirely unnecessary, and based solely on the fact that Asread decided adding rape just for the sake of boobs and the graphic sexual content would be a good way to boost sale rates - as in Asread decided people would be more willing to buy this for extra rape-related content. They already added semen to Tsubaki’s rape scene in the BDs, so I guess we know what Asread’s particular interests are in terms of fan service.
But yes, I’m really glad for this post and agree wholeheartedly. I have many problems with this particular fandom, and this just adds another shining to the shit list.

sorry, I’m not out looking for fights or arguments with anyone but I really don’t get what the big premise is here.
I am against rape (and any other crime for that matter jsyk) yes. indeed that is morally wrong.
what I don’t get is why people get galled at the thought of rape being added in it while watching an anime whose plotline is about twelve people out to brutally murder each other.
even if it’s a meaningless piece of story or just plain fanservice added in, that’s the way it went. not all anime are loved for the same reason; some people just don’t like what’s in it (and the people who watch it even). I’m not one with the Mirai Nikki fandom either and I’m not saying that I agree to this “garbage” but I really think this is more of an overreaction. if Sakae Esuno is okay with it (or is he?), then what argument do I pose?
murdering people is okay but rape and boobage is not. frankly my moral compass is confused. I get what you’re saying that rape is bad but why should you be surprised in seeing it in an anime such as Mirai Nikki?
