Sketch Commission Info
So, this is a follow-up to this post but basically the run-down is this:
Our nine year old pomeranian, Eevee, has congestive heart failure where fluid is building up around her heart and in her lungs. The growing organs/displacement because of fluid is causing her trachea to move upwards towards her spine, making it hard for her to breathe.
We noticed her weird breathing and enlarged stomach (apparently it’s also moving her liver way out out place too) and took her to the ER vet, where they wanted to pump her full of medication and send her home when they found out we couldn’t come up with 900$ up front. After eliminating a lot of procedures from the list, we managed to get her the basic care she needs (Oxygen, drugs and an IV) for around 616$, which is more manageable, but still more than we can afford. We dug into our emergency money and were able to come up with 500$ tonight and we have to pay the remaining amount when we pick her up from the ER Vet tomorrow.
It’s not all gravy after this, though. We still have to take her to OUR vet, have her stay over night there for treatment, and pay for things like an ultrasound of her heart to see what’s causing the fluid build-up, as well as medications and who knows what else.On top of asking for prayers, thoughts and all-around good vibes, I’m also going to ask for donations. It’s almost physically painful for me to ask this - I don’t want to have to do this but I feel like I’m against a rock and a hard place. Eevee is family - she may just be a dog but she’s been with us since I was 12 (I’m 21 now) and I just. I want to do everything in my power to help her survive this.
So, that being said, I’m willing to do whatever I can in the form of commissions. I work roughly 20 to 22 hours a week and have classes Monday night and all day on Wednesday, but I will do as many of these as I can to help save Eevee.
I’m thinking along these lines;
$1-$5 = sketch commission. just sketchy lineart.
$6-$10 = sketchy lineart + flat color
$11-$15 = sketch lineart + shaded coloring
$16-$20 = cleaner lineart + flat color
$21-$35 = cleaner lineart + shaded coloringI’m going to take 5 right off the bat and see if I can finish them in a decent amount of time. Everything will be done in Sai and I’ll e-mail it to you no watermarks or anything of that sort.
I, uh, I guess I’ll welcome donations? I mean obviously I would but if you’re…willing to do such an outstanding thing I don’t even know.
