I spied this on Mark Waid’s Twitter, so I knew this was legit and not some Devry diploma mill thing. A real academic class in comics, and talking about gender depictions, an area that’s just ripe for dissection. And it’s going to feature interviews with at the very least, Gail Simone, Brian Michael Bendis, Matt Fraction, and Scott Snyder!

Holy shit, this is the best depiction I’ve seen of Obi-Wan between Episode III and IV. It’s an absolutely perfect cross between Ewan McGregor and Alec Guiness.

came from con yesterday altho my companions were complete killjoys (wanting to go home early as soon as we circled the entire hall)

I only got a few pictures uguu and the figures’ prices were too much to handle for my piddly wallet orz

ouguu there were plenty of pretty figures in display tho it was really hard taking pictures of them since the exhibit was pretty much packed full. couldn’t get nearer Mai’s figure (and butt) so had to settle with zoom and it turned out blurred and terrible. also there was a really excellent Saber in a motorbike but was even harder to reach than Mai because woah crowd
